What is SMG 2021?

Symposium Mines Guinea (SMG 2021), will take place from 11 – 13 October 2021, in Conakry, Republic of Guinea. This 7th edition is once again organised by the Ministry of Mines & Geology, Republic of Guinea, in association with AME Trade Ltd, United Kingdom, under the theme:

“Growing Guinea’s economy through diversified & sustainable mining operations”

The 6th edition which took place in 2019, was inaugurated by H.E Professor Alpha CONDE, President of the Republic of Guinea, who reiterated that the Government’s mining policy has three objectives: Create the best conditions for investors / Utilise the country’s mineral resources as profitably as possible / Improve the living conditions of the population.
